New dwellings

New dwellings in De Bonne and Viscose districts

Based on the French HQE approach (High Environmental Quality) 435 new eco-building dwellings will be realised and demonstrated in De Bonne and 60 in Viscose, in total 42.000 m2.

All buildings will have a high RUE and RES profile and be realised with the use of bio climatic constructions, materials and constructing methods allowing a highly optimised envelope with various equipment for energy consumption mitigation.

There is also a want to implement and integrate solar panels for DHW. The aim is to reach an energy consumption of 30 to 40 percentages below applicable dwelling indices and far below the current French regulation (RT 2000 and RT 2005).
